By accessing or using TaskAI (“the Service”), operated by TaskAI (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and paid subscribers.
TaskAI is an AI-powered task management platform that helps individuals and teams organize, prioritize, and complete work. The Service includes task management, integrations with third-party services (Microsoft 365, Google, Atlassian), weekly reviews, notifications, and collaboration features.
Free Tier
The free plan includes limited features as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free-tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (Microsoft 365, Google, Atlassian). By connecting these services:
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by TaskAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
“TaskAI” and associated branding are trademarks of TaskAI. You may not use these marks without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASKAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
